  • We will inform our customers of normal process time, when they can expect completion.  We keep our customers informed of unexpected delays in service.
  • We touch base with our customers, either by e-mail or phone, to update them as to where we are in the process.
  • We respond to questions/requests within 10 minutes during normal business hours, within 20 minutes outside business hours.
  • We work proactively, quickly,responsibly & effectively to solve any issues. All solutions will be presented within 10 minutes when the problem is presented.
  • We are considerate, cooperative and helpful to our customers to assure quality services.
