You will need to return the item, unused, in the original product and outer packaging and in a resalable condition, to the returns address in Canada enclosing your order confirmation and quoting the returns number you have been given. Otherwise it will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Once the item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed within 2 working days of receipt.
You will receive the refund back to the original method of payment.
